Hey there! I'm Taylor Owens, founder and lead consultant for Bloom Consulting Service. I’m passionate about helping businesses like yours run more smoothly and reach their full potential. With a background in operations, marketing, and team building, I’ve worked with businesses in real estate, food & beverage, and e-commerce—though I’m always excited to dive into new industries.
My interest in business started at 10 years old, when I began working for my mom's bakery. Although, in comparison, we did menial sales on opening day, our excitement was infectious and launched us to grow a strong local following, move into a larger location, and open a second location. Seeing and help facilitating this growth over a decade led to a love for analyzing and improving current practice, holding a high standard, and maintaining a focus on the clientele. I continued this practice in my independent career, where I have explored the concepts of what makes a business go from 'good to great'.
As a second-generation entrepreneur, I’ve seen firsthand the impact a well-run operation can have on both owners and their communities. Nothing beats seeing a small business thrive, and I’m all about finding creative, practical ways to make that happen.

Getting Outside
I love snorkeling in the Gulf, kayaking, hunting for shark's teeth at Venice Beach, hiking mountain trails in the PNW (I lived in OR for 5 years), and hitting the beach for a sunset swim.
My Family
When I’m not deep into operations or consulting, I’m spending time with my husband and our blue heeler. They’re my biggest supporters, and I wouldn’t be where I am today without them.

Travel
Travel has always been a passion of mine, whether its catching an international flight or driving cross-country. Some of my favorite recent travel experiences include visiting temples in Japan (and too much matcha ice cream), Yellowstone for a wildlife photography trip, and pastry crawling across Paris.
